Book a Fantastic Week in Storlien with Aqua Aerobics, Yoga, Hiking, and a Guided Day in Trondheim!

A healthy diet, regular exercise, spending time in nature, and being part of a social community are essential for maintaining health and well-being as we age. This year, our open "Stay Fit" weeks will be held during weeks 30, 34 (fully booked), and 39. To ensure optimal group sizes, we reserve the right to contact you if we need to adjust or combine groups.
 
Day 1
09:30: Luggage pickup at Storlien Station
10:00: Welcome coffee in Kopparbaren
11:30: 1.5 km walk
13:30: Lunch at the hotel
15:30: Exercise + coffee
18:00: Lecture on the hotel's history and Dr. Westerlund
19:00: 2-course hotel dinner
20:00: Mingling in Kopparbaren
 
Day 2
07:30: Water aerobics or Yoga
08:30: Breakfast
10:30: Walk along Blomsterstigen
13:30: Picnic lunch
16:00: Lecture
18:30: 2-course hotel dinner
20:00: Mingling in Kopparbaren
 
Day 3
07:00: Water aerobics or Yoga
08:00: Breakfast
09:28: Train to Trondheim
11:25: Guided city tour of Trondheim and Nidaros Cathedral
14:00: Lunch in Trondheim
16:48: Train back to Storlien
19:00: 2-course hotel dinner
20:00: Mingling
 
Day 4
07:20: Water aerobics or Yoga
08:30: Breakfast
10:00: Hiking or cycling
12:00: Lunch
15:00: Circuit training, coffee
18:30: Farewell dinner
20:00: Music quiz and prize-giving
 
Day 5
07:00: Breakfast
08:15: Check-out begins

All weeks start on a Monday and end on a Friday. The base price includes everything from luggage pickup and drop-off at Storlien station, 4 nights in a shared double room with breakfast buffet, 4 lunches, 4 two-course hotel dinners + coffee, lectures, hikes, pool and gym exercise sessions, circuit training, yoga, and a train trip with a guided city tour in Trondheim, including lunch and a visit to Nidaros Cathedral. Additional costs include meal beverages and any single room supplement.
